Business groups are a great way for business leaders and professionals to stay connected with other like-minded people. Building connections is a key component for business success. This is not an all inclusive list but a few organizations I have participated in, or have colleagues who recommend them.
Professional associations frequently have regular meetings with speakers & networking or they offer workshops & seminars. These groups offer a great option to connect with others in your profession, update your knowledge and skills, or connect with a key target group.
The successful networkers I know,
the ones receiving tons of referrals and truly feeling happy about themselves,
continually put the other person’s needs ahead of their own.
