Executive Coaching offers leaders an opportunity to address their own professional and personal development to be more effective within their organization. In short, coaching focuses on your advancement – whatever way you view it. The coaching agreement spans a 3 or 6-month period. You meet in a confidential 1:1 meeting several times per month, with support between sessions using our Private Coaching Portal. Our approach involves questions, discussion, role-play, problem-solving and tackling issues in real-time – moving you from where you are today to that next level.
An option service is our Verbal 360 Assessments. These assessments offer you comprehensive feedback on issues facing individuals, teams or the organization. We conduct interviews and compile a report which offers insights and perspectives not always possible from automated assessments.
