The Value of Employee Engagement

Have you ever wondered why some people are able to lead change with less resistance?  What tricks do they use to achieve significant results?

The level of interaction between a manager and their team, or between departments has been shown to have a significant impact on team dynamics, productivity, employee engagement, and employee turnover to name a few.  In fact, any key metric you want to improve is directly connected to employee engagement.

According to a June 2016 poll by Gallop, 50.7% of employees are “not engaged” and 16.7% were “actively disengaged.”  This leaves only 32.6% “actively engaged.”
