What are Actionable Conversations?
Actionable Conversations are built on a simple yet powerful platform that dramatically improve workplace effectiveness through better relationships and shifted behavior.
Actionable Conversations is a metrics-driven platform to address the learning challenges your organization faces.
The process involves team conversations, individually-relevant actions, peer accountability and real-time, applicable business insights.

Deep and sustainable change…requires changes in behavior among those who do not welcome the change.”

The Value of Employee Engagement
Have you ever wondered why some people are able to lead change with less resistance? What tricks do they use to achieve significant results?
The level of interaction between a manager and their team, or between departments has been shown to have a significant impact on team dynamics, productivity, employee engagement, and employee turnover to name a few. In fact, any key metric you want to improve is directly connected to employee engagement.
According to a June 2016 poll by Gallop, 50.7% of employees are “not engaged” and 16.7% were “actively disengaged.” This leaves only 32.6% “actively engaged.”
According to Gallop, when Managers focus on… Employees Disengaged
No Interaction 40%
Employee Weaknesses 22%
Employee Strengths 1%
“Gallup’s extensive research shows that employee engagement is strongly connected to business outcomes essential to an organization’s financial success, such as productivity, profitability and customer engagement. Engaged employees drive the innovation, growth and revenue that their companies need.” (ref: Gallop – U.S. Employee Engagement Steady in June)
My blog post of June 2016 also looks at the value you can gain when you engage in conversations.

A recent survey of HR executives revealed that most organizations have the resources to address the learning needs of less than 15% of the people they employ.
Whatever challenge you are facing, identifying the right solution that drives measurable change can be difficult. Most measurements related to employee engagement and change management are lagging metrics. Actionable Conversations are aligned with leading metrics you can monitor as change happens.

d) Improved team dynamics; helping the team gel around aligned objectives and shared understandings.
The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime.
